There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional; honesty, integrity, in depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.  For over 30 years I have been  committed to working whatever hours necessary to meet the needs of my clients. That said, in my experience as a Delaware  Real Estate Professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible.  Accessability is the key  to providing the very best customer service. I have my cell phone with me 24/7. My clients know that when they call me, they will get me. Not my assistant nor office personnel. My email is checked through out  the day and many times well into the night.  A good time  for a client to call me is whenever they need me.
